I'm not a huge BBQ fan but I love this concept and the GM is very nice. They do a lot of great catering and the staff is very nice. Place is clean and fun.

Very "meh" experience. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well priced, but the food was just alright. The ribs were pretty good, the pork was alright, the chicken was dry, and the sides were alright. I wish they had more BBQ sauce options. If they did, they could have made the experience much, much better.

This place isn't too bad for fast food. It took me a little while to figure out what to order. If it was busy that might've been awkward, but it was slow. It got very busy, so being a little early for lunch paid off. They had a good variety of BBQ products.

This was the absolute worst experience weve ever had at a Shane's Rib Shack. The ribs were not done and the manager was a complete ass. Do Not waste your money here.

Not a big fan of all the law enforcement that eat here. I understand BBQ restaurants serving pork but this is ridiculous and also the portions have gotten smaller since first opening.
